Beverly Lindsay-Johnson, Executive Producer, Producer/Director -
Beverly Lindsay-Johnson is an Emmy Award winning producer with over 15 years of television production experience. She recently retired from WHUT-TV Howard University Television (PBS) in Washington, DC after 15 years as a staff producer. She is the recipient of 25 awards for public television documentaries and public affairs programs, including the 2006 National Capital Chesapeake Bay National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award for the nationally distributed PBS documentary, Dance Party: Teenarama Story and an Emmy nomination for the documentary, “Swing, Bop & Hand Dance” (narrated by Hal Jackson).
Gigi Hinton, Co-Producer
Gigi Hinton is an Emmy nominated producer. Her credits include producing for U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, America’s Black Forum public affairs program and CNN. In 2002, Ms. Hinton interviewed Hal Jackson for WHUT’s award winning public affairs program, Evening Exchange.
Terri Davis - Co-Executive Producer -
Terri Davis is a highly accomplished leader in creating national, regional and local strategic marketing campaigns for programs like the Sean Hannity Show, Rush Limbaugh and The Tavis Smiley Show. She is also experienced in fundraising and acquiring seed money for independent productions and documentaries. Terri is the Co-Executive Producer for various documentaries and is the owner and executive producer of What Matters Media, a multi-media production and marketing company that produces and promotes documentaries, as well as civic engagements, and outreach events. WHAT MATTERS MEDIA is committed to giving voice to the voiceless through positive media to seed a movement for social change.
Jamila Allston, Associate Producer –
Jamila Allston is an award winning producer, director and videographer. She is the CEO of PanAfrican Cultural Communications specializing in productions which highlight and profile the culture and stories of people of color worldwide. She is the creator, producer and videographer of PanAfrican Perspectives, which received the Best Educational Award and the Best Videographer Award at the 10th Annual Bronx Excellence in Television Awards in 2005.

Dene Chinn, Production Assistant
Dene Chinn graduated from Montgomery College and Howard University. Studying scriptwriting, directing, cinematography and film history gave her the ground work to produce several short films and scripts. She received her master’s in filmmaking from Chapman University, .
Her most recent documentary titled "Too Black & Blue" won best short documentary at the Urban Media Makers Film Festival. "Too Black & Blue" details the subject of District of Columbia citizens who pay taxes but have no voting representation in Congress.
